E Book!

Okay, the E Book is finished, and available now. It is a longer version of the print book (due out in October) - that is, it contains many more images than I can afford to put into a print book. The print book with have many of the same images, but also some not included in the E Book. There will also be a more involved, detailed forward (the forward in the e book is very light).

My Photoreflect Store

Many of my images from Flickr and Deviantart are available through this outlet. All prints are on a Lustre surface paper. I find that it's a more flattering - as well durable surface (much less succeptive to fingerprints and smudges), and also looks better framed than glossy. This will soon be linked/combined with my website also, jerryhazard.com.

Life in Albuquerque is pretty keen. So glad I moved out here. I've been lucky to be able to enjoy a sort of summer vacation since May, but now it's time to start shopping the resumes out a bit, and see about becoming gainfully employed again. Cori is doing well, her school year at work has started up again, and she is digging it pretty well.

That's about it, time to go enjoy the weather a bit, then work on the book a little more.

Workin' on it...

Have updated my website, finally. The front end is pretty (sort of?) flashy, with a little bit of animation for the text, and a couple pop ups with information. The inside I used photoshop to create the galleries, then changed the colors around. The main idea was just get some images up for now. I now have a new design for the gallery sections, it will just take a minute to get done.

Still working on the book, now titled "PROOF". Right now it needs some heavy editing down of images, as it's 380 pages long, with about 460 images. That would be a fat book, and a bit pricey.
Hopefully I can whittle it down to about 150 pages or so, and even that is probably a little excessive. Looking to get it uploaded and have the 2nd test copy back in about 10-14 days....Still looks like it will be ready in October for purchase.

not much else happening, other than the site and book, have not been feeling too creative..
